3. Staff Development Coaching- Veronica's background includes traditional allopathic and holistic nursing. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of experience which includes being a Rehab Program Evaluator for a hospital rehab center, a staffing coordinator for home health care, private duty and supplemental staffing. These positions were for two prominent hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio and also as a hospital bill audit supervisor for a hospital bill auditing firm.

4. Grief Coaching- Veronica offers compassion and support to those experiencing a loss in their life. She utilizes a text from Barbara Rubel, BS, MA, CBS, BCETS, entitled Death, Dying, and Bereavement: Providing Compassion During a Time of Need.
